Dissemination Program on Research Excavation Findings at Toul Phnom Touch, Angkor Borei District, Takeo Province

​The Department of Archaeology and Prehistory of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Department of Cultural, Religious, and Historical Movement Promotion of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), organized a program to disseminate the findings from archaeological research excavations at Toul Phnom Touch. The event was co-presided over by His Excellency Prak Sonnara, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and Chairman of the Working Group for Researching and Documenting the Archaeological Sites of Angkor Borei and Phnom Da, alongside His Excellency Ly Vanna, Undersecretary of State and Vice Chairman of the Working Group. The program was attended by 68 participants, including representatives from the Angkor Borei District Administration, relevant local authorities, students, and local UYFC members.

The primary objective of the event was to share recent research findings and highlight the rich historical significance of the ancient city of Angkor Borei with local officials, youth, and students. Through this outreach, the program aimed to raise public awareness and foster a shared commitment to preserving national cultural heritage for generations to come.
