His Excellency Hab Touch Presides over Hong Kong Film Promotion Event in Cambodia

On the evening of September 4, 2026, His Excellency Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State and high representative of Her Excellency Academician Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over the opening of the Hong Kong Film Promotion Event in Cambodia at Legend Cinema, Olympia Branch. Organized by Westec Media in collaboration with the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO), the event brought together over 200 participants, including ministry officials, film producers, artists, performers, and national and international guests.

Speaking at the event, His Excellency Hab Touch underscored the rich history and achievements of Hong Kong cinema, acknowledging its substantial contributions to the regional and global film industry.
