His Excellency Keo Kanvira, Under Secretary of State, receives a delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic visiting to organize Lao Cultural Days in Cambodia 2026.
On September 21, 2026, at the ministry headquarters, His Excellency Keo Kanvira, Under Secretary of State, representing Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received a delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, led by His Excellency Khamphou Phiasackkha, Director General of Planning and International Cooperation, to pay a courtesy call and discuss cultural cooperation on the occasion of leading the delegation to organize Lao Cultural Days in Cambodia 2026 in celebration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Laos.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed past cooperation between the two countries and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening new areas of cooperation in the future.
