H.E. Hab Touch, Standing Secretary of State, Receives Prof. Dr. Shi Yinguo, Party Secretary of Laiwu Vocational Technical College
On May 29, 2026, H.E. Hab Touch, Standing Secretary of State and high representative of H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received Prof. Dr. Shi Yinguo, Party Secretary of Laiwu Vocational Technical College, along with his delegation. The meeting at the Ministry was held for a courtesy call and to seek recommendations on future cooperation between Laiwu Vocational Technical College and the National School of Fine Arts.
On that occasion, both sides discussed several collaborative efforts in the cultural sector between the two countries. Additionally, under the “Belt and Road” initiative, Laiwu College plans to collaborate with the Secondary School of Fine Arts on training projects for painting, sculpture, design, and similar academic programs, which aligns directly with the direction and vision of the Secondary School of Fine Arts.
