Her Excellency Pen Monimakara, Secretary of State, Receives Delegation of the Future Leader ASEAN Program (FLBA) of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste

On July 31, 2026, at the Ministry headquarters, Her Excellency Pen Monimakara, Secretary of State, representing Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received a delegation of the Future Leader ASEAN Program (FLBA) of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, led by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to Cambodia, for a courtesy call and to learn more about the cultural policy of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On that occasion, Her Excellency the Secretary of State shared key experiences regarding the conservation and preservation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
