APSARA National Authority leadership pays tribute to the royal soul of the Late King-Father on the 14th anniversary of his passing.

On the morning of October 15, 2026, His Excellency Kim Sothin, Deputy Director-General of the APSARA National Authority, led a delegation to pay tribute and dedicate royal merit to His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk, “Preah Borom Ratanakodh,” on the 14th anniversary of his passing (October 15, 2012 – October 15, 2026) at the Royal Residence in Siem Reap Province. On this solemn occasion, the leadership of the APSARA National Authority expressed their deepest mourning for the passing of the Royal Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, the King-Father of Independence, Territorial Integrity, and Khmer National Unity. The APSARA National Authority profoundly remembers His Majesty’s immense Royal Crusade, sacrifices, wisdom, and benevolence dedicated to preserving Cambodia’s territorial integrity, as well as his vital royal leadership in inscribing the Angkor site on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
