On Thursday, October 8, 2026, Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over a Buddhist prayer and Bangskol memorial service dedicated to ancestors and victims executed at Tuol Pore Chrey, a tragic historical site from the Khmer Rouge era that served as a former execution site and killing field located in Pring Khpos Village, Srae Sdok Commune, Kandieng District, Pursat Province.

The ceremony was attended by Their Excellencies, the Deputy Provincial Governor, District Governor, officials from the Pursat Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, local elders, and numerous relatives of the victims.
