Bachelor’s Degree Thesis Defense in Plastic Arts Held at the Royal University of Fine Arts

On August 26, 2026, the Royal University of Fine Arts organized the bachelor’s degree thesis defense ceremony for students of the Faculty of Plastic Arts. The event was presided over by His Excellency Som Sokun, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Examination Committee, accompanied by His Excellency Siyon Sophearith, Under Secretary of State, Vice-Rectors, the Director of the Personnel Department, Deans of all five faculties, as well as Department Directors and various relevant leadership officials.

The thesis defense for the Faculty of Plastic Arts covered five specializations—Architectural Decoration, Graphic Communication, Painting, Sculpture, and Printmaking—and took place at the university’s original campus behind the National Museum.
