His Excellency Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Accompanied by Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Inspects Rehearsals for Upcoming International Conference

On September 10, 2026, at the Royal University of Fine Arts, His Excellency Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, accompanied by Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, inspected and offered encouragement to artists rehearsing for a cultural performance to welcome the International Conference on Combating Cyber Scams. The conference, hosted by Cambodia, is scheduled to take place on September 23, 2026.
