H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona Assigns a Representative to Visit Injured Workers from a Traffic Accident Receiving Treatment at Svay Rieng Provincial Hospital

Following the shocking news of a traffic accident involving a vehicle transporting workers in Svay Rieng province on the morning of May 23, 2026, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and Chairwoman of the Royal Government Working Group for Svay Rieng Province, assigned H.E. Prak Sonnara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, along with a working team, to visit the workers currently receiving emergency care and medical treatment at Svay Rieng Provincial Hospital. The delegation also brought financial contributions from Her Excellency the Minister to support the victims.

On that occasion, H.E. Prak Sonnara conveyed messages of sympathy and regards from H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, expressing deep regret over the unfortunate incident that occurred to the workers. He also extended his best wishes for a speedy recovery to all the injured, hoping they can soon return home and resume their daily work.
