H.E. Dr. Hei Virak, High Representative of H.E. Academician Phoeurng Sackona, visits and meets with the former Director of the Kandal Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts

On July 1, 2026, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak, President of the Working Group of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia for the Culture and Fine Arts Sector, High Representative of H.E. Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, along with his working group, visited and met with Mr. Sok Oeun, former Director of the Kandal Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts.
On that occasion, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak conveyed greetings and regards from H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and H.E. Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, to the civil servants of all levels under the Kandal Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts. At the same time, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak expressed his gratitude to the former Department Director, who dedicated his time, physical effort, and mental energy to fulfill his duties in serving the institution and the motherland in the past.
His valuable achievements and experiences will remain an excellent role model for the next generation of officials. Along with that, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak also brought a financial contribution from H.E. Academician Phoeurng Sackona, together with fruits and funds from Mrs. Muong Sarim, Director of the Kandal Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, and her colleagues, to present to the former Department Director.
