His Excellency Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State, Receives Ms. Khay Chenda, President of the Airavata Elephant Foundation

On June 9, 2026, His Excellency Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of State and High Representative of Her Excellency Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received Ms. Khay Chenda, President of the Airavata Elephant Foundation, and her working group for a courtesy call and to seek valuable recommendations for future work directions at the Ministry.

During the meeting, the foundation reported on the activities and achievements that the Airavata Khmer Elephant Foundation has accomplished from 2024 to 2025, as well as its operational plans for the year 2026.
