H.E. Dr. Hei Virak Visits H.E. Kong Kantara, Advisor to the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, at His Home

On the evening of July 21, 2026, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak, Head of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Working Group for the Culture and Fine Arts Sector, representing Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, accompanied by H.E. Tith Thavorith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, visited H.E. Kong Kantara, Advisor to the Ministry and former Undersecretary of State, who is recovering from illness and old age at his residence in Boeung Keng Kang 3 Sangkat, Chamkar Mon District, Phnom Penh.

On that occasion, His Excellency conveyed warm greetings from H.E. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts. Additionally, His Excellency expressed gratitude to H.E. Kong Kantara for his dedication and effort in preserving and promoting national arts and culture over many years.

At the same time, His Excellency presented a financial gift from Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona along with a gift basket of fruit to H.E. Kong Kantara, wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
