H.E. Dr. Hei Virak Visits Former Culture Department Director and Dance Teachers in Koh Kong

On the morning of Sunday, July 19, 2026, H.E. Dr. Hei Virak, Head of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Working Group for the Culture and Fine Arts Sector, representing Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, visited Mr. Ouk Nuen, former Director of the Koh Kong Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, and met with dance teachers in Koh Kong Province at a residence located in Village 2, Smach Mean Chey Sangkat, Khemara Phoumin City, Koh Kong Province.

On that occasion, His Excellency conveyed warm greetings from H.E. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts. In addition, His Excellency expressed his gratitude to the former department director and the teachers for their dedicated time and effort in preserving and promoting the national cultural sector for many years. Simultaneously, His Excellency presented a financial gift from Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona along with fruit to the former department director and the teachers.
