His Excellency Dr. Hei Virak, High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, Visits His Excellency Chuch Phourn, Advisor to the Royal Government and Former Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts

On the evening of Thursday, July 30, 2026, His Excellency Dr. Hei Virak, Head of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Working Group for the Culture and Fine Arts Sector and High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, accompanied by His Excellency Tith Thavorith, Vice Chairman of the UYFC Working Group for Culture and Fine Arts, His Excellency Sos Sophi, Vice Chairman of the UYFC Working Group for Culture and Fine Arts, along with their team, visited His Excellency Chuch Phourn, Advisor to the Royal Government and former Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, at his residence in Niroth Sangkat, Chbar Ampov District, Phnom Penh.

On that occasion, His Excellency conveyed warm greetings from His Excellency Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts. Additionally, His Excellency expressed gratitude to His Excellency Chuch Phourn for his dedication and effort in preserving and promoting national arts and culture over many years, as well as his ongoing commitment to serving the nation in the field of cultural heritage.
