H.E. Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona Leads Cambodian Delegation to 48th Session of World Heritage Committee in Republic of Korea
H.E. Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the National Commission for UNESCO of Cambodia, led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 48th session of the World Heritage Committee, taking place from July 19 to 29, 2026, in Busan, Republic of Korea.
On this occasion, Her Excellency the Minister and the Cambodian delegation held bilateral talks with the Chairperson of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, representatives of partner countries, and several international organizations currently collaborating with Cambodia on the conservation and development of world heritage.
