Her Excellency Pen Moni Makara, State Secretary and High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, Presides Over the Opening of the “Cambodia International Cultural Festival 2026”

On the morning of Saturday, the 2nd Waning Moon of the month of Caita, the Year of the Snake, Sabtasak, B.E. 2569, corresponding to April 4, 2026, Her Excellency Pen Moni Makara, State Secretary and High Representative of Her Excellency Academician Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Cambodia International Cultural Festival 2026,” organized by Paragon Education Co., LTD.

This meaningful event was organized with the objectives of promoting and disseminating culture by showcasing the cultural diversity of various countries around the world, as well as highlighting Cambodia’s magnificent cultural identity. It also aims to build a strong community, fostering closer ties of friendship and solidarity between nations through the bridge of arts and culture. Furthermore, the ceremony highlights the importance of cultural harmony as a solid foundation for building and maintaining global peace, and celebrates individual cultural diversity for living together with dignity.

The ceremony served as a vibrant platform providing participants the opportunity to learn and gain firsthand experience from art performances, handicrafts, and diverse ethnic cultural activities in an atmosphere of intimacy and pride.
