Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts delegation attends the lotus bud floral offering in homage to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On the morning of Thursday, September 24, 2026, His Excellency Srey Soun, Secretary of State, representing Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, led a ministry delegation to participate in the lotus bud floral offering ceremony in homage to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia (2nd event), commemorating the 33rd anniversary of “Constitution Day” at the Constitutional Monument located in the park west of Independence Monument.
