From June 12 to 19, 2026, the National Authority for Preah Vihear, acting as the project implementation unit for the Post-COVID-19 Tourism Recovery Project, coordinated a professional training course on coffee brewing and culinary development for tourism community members. The training took place at the Samdech Techo Hun Sen Eco-Village in Sra Em Commune, Choam Ksant District, Preah Vihear Province. The sessions were conducted by technical experts from the Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Tourism, with a total of 38 participants attending (including 22 women).
The primary objective of this training program is to provide community members with foundational knowledge in barista skills, culinary arts, recipe formulation, kitchen hygiene, equipment management, and hospitality standards. This capacity-building initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the quality of tourism products and services offered within the local community.
