Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona Receives Newly Appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Cambodia

On the afternoon of September 10, 2026, Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Akbar Ghasemi Aliabadi, newly appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Cambodia (resident in Hanoi), to pay a courtesy call and hold discussions.

During the meeting, Her Excellency Academician Minister extended a warm welcome and congratulations to His Excellency on his appointment as the new Ambassador to Cambodia. Furthermore, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cultural cooperation between the two nations in the future.
