Closing Ceremony of Internal Training Course on “The Use of ArcGIS Pro Software”
On Thursday, August 20, 2026, the National Authority for Preah Vihear organized a closing ceremony for the internal training course on “The Use of ArcGIS Pro Software,” presided over by His Excellency Hem Sinath, Deputy Director General of the National Authority for Preah Vihear, and coordinated by the Department of Research, Training, and Documentation.
This internal training course took place from August 17 to August 20, 2026, with 18 technical officers from all specialized departments under the National Authority for Preah Vihear participating as trainees. Over the course of four days, trainees studied and practiced the creation, management, and analysis of geographic data, as well as map layout preparation to support research, conservation, and heritage site management efforts.
During the closing ceremony, His Excellency commended the trainers, the organizing team, and all trainees, encouraging everyone to continue practicing, learning, and applying the acquired knowledge effectively in their actual work.
