On June 8, 2026, Her Excellency Doctor Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, inspected the actual general conditions and work progress at several locations within the Angkor Archaeological Park. She also monitored the implementation of tasks related to the conservation, management, and promotion of cultural heritage value in line with sustainable development policies and plans, with the objective of strengthening the efficiency of site management while ensuring the Outstanding Universal Value of the heritage site.
