Kampong Thom Department of Culture Collaborates with Prasat Sambour District Authorities to Instruct Vendors Selling Inappropriate T-Shirts
On the morning of August 27, 2026, a working team from the Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Prasat Sambour District Administration, conducted an outreach initiative to educate local vendors displaying T-shirts with crude, vulgar, and inappropriate text.
Following the inspection, authorities had the vendors sign formal agreements to immediately cease displaying and selling apparel featuring offensive content, citing that such messaging conflicts with social ethics and public morality.
