National Authority for Preah Vihear Continues Conservation and Restoration Work on Prasat Krachap in the Koh Ker Resort Site

On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the Department of Conservation and Archaeology of the National Authority for Preah Vihear, led by Mr. Phin Phakdey, Deputy Director of the Department, alongside technical officials and skilled restoration workers, organized a traditional blessing ceremony to continue the conservation and restoration project on the southern gallery of the western entrance gopura at Prasat Krachap in the Koh Ker resort site. This project encompasses two major tasks: 1) compiling technical documentation, and 2) restoring the gallery to reinforce its structural stability.
