On the evening of September 18, 2026, Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, presided over the artistic performance “The Film Delivery Man” at Chaktomuk Conference Hall, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Cambodia.
Speaking at the event, Her Excellency Academician Minister highlighted that the program was not merely an artistic performance, but a platform to celebrate friendship, creativity, and the strong partnership between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Korea. Furthermore, it reflected the essential role of culture and the arts in bridging the peoples of both nations closer together, particularly as 2027 will mark the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea.
Her Excellency Academician Minister highly commended past cultural cooperation between the two countries. She reaffirmed that the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts remains firmly committed to supporting artists, nurturing young talent, encouraging cultural entrepreneurship, and facilitating exchanges between Cambodian and foreign artists to foster creativity, enhance professional skills, and reinforce enduring people-to-people ties.
