Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts Delegation Visits and Delivers Foodstuffs to Border Police Battalions No. 795 in Preah Vihear and No. 905 in Oddar Meanchey
On September 12, 2026, Her Excellency Academician Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, accompanied by ministry leaders and civil servants, paid a visit to deliver foodstuffs and provisions to Border Police Battalion No. 795 in Preah Vihear Province and Border Police Battalion No. 905 in Oddar Meanchey Province, stationed along the border line.
On that occasion, Her Excellency Academician Minister conveyed warm greetings and regards from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Kittiprittbhaddhibinditu Bun Rany Hun Sen, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony to the police personnel. Her Excellency Academician also expressed her deep gratitude to Border Police Battalions No. 795 and No. 905 for their brave sacrifices in defending territorial integrity and protecting the people with courage.
It should also be noted that Her Excellency Academician Minister consistently pays close attention to the well-being of the police forces stationed along the border, conducting visits twice a year—during the Pchum Ben Festival and the Khmer New Year Festival—regardless of her busy schedule. These actions demonstrate the strong alliance between the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and the two border police battalions, following the wise guidance of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Her Excellency Academician Minister also advised the forces to take good care of their health and wished all police personnel happiness, safety, and victory over all adversaries.
